December Newsletter

November 29th, 2017 No Comments

Dear Parents,

I hope all of our families and staff had a wonderful Thanksgiving break with your families.   I want to thank all those who joined us for our Multicultural Feast on November 17th.  We had over 80 family members and staff celebrating together, and so many of you were generous in sharing a food item for the feast, and/or donating non-perishable foods for the “Your Grandmother’s Cupboard” organization.  What a fabulous community we have!

We’ve got an exciting month in December, including a Holiday Shop for the children, and Mrs. Sullivan’s class will have a “Sing-Along” for parents.   And, during our first week we have Pajama Days to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, as well as a Pajama Night, Friday evening 12/8.  And, as he does each month, Mr. Scott the Music Man will be visiting our classrooms on Tuesday, 12/19/17.   (more…)

Dear Families,

October went by in a blur!  The children had a blast with their grandparents (or “grandparents for a day”) at the Pumpkin Picking Hayride and with their families at the Halloween Parade.  The weather was beautiful, and we were so thrilled to see so many families join us!  What a great community of families we have!

And, we have another special event for families coming up, and we hope you will continue to participate! Please mark your calendars for our Multicultural Feast, scheduled for Friday, November 17th at 6:00 p.m.  (more…)
